Allen grinding small chamfer on edge of tank lip. After the trim strip is riveted, and the tank turned up to its proper orientation, a seal bead will be run around the entire perimeter of the tank. Hopefully this will for the most part prevent water from infiltrating down into the seam from above, and for the long term, prevent rusting.
