Seasonal
Historic Interpreter
in
Cass,
West Virginia
MSR&LHA
used to hire seasonal employees to help the Cass Scenic Railroad State
Park provide historical tours and train narration. However, with
the transfer of railroad operations to the Durbin & Greenbrier
Valley Railroad in 2015, the responsibility for interpretation has been
divided between the Park and the railroad. The Association is no
longer directly involved.
The Park hires seasonal interpreters to provide tours in the town and
to operate the Cass Showcase and the Cass Museum. Anyone
interested in applying for these positions should contact the Cass
Scenic Railroad State Park directly.
The railroad hires seasonal employees to provide train narration and
conduct tours of the reconstructed logging camp at Whittaker Station.
Anyone interested in applying for these positions should contact the
railroad directly.
